We believe that a healthy neighborhood needs everyone. At La Quince, we focused on bringing five buildings back to life on a single street in Santa Ana to help the community find its stride again. Our goal was to prove that you can revitalize an area while keeping its original neighbors right where they belong by building affordable homes alongside market-rate ones.
