Our most ambitious project to date, Gran Central connects Panama’s historic heart to the rest of the city, and revitalizes its most important pedestrian street: Avenida Central.
It’s a 100% walkable, human-scale district where people live, shop, and cross paths on foot. Homes built for different ways of living, a hotel that belongs to its block, and an open-air retail district threaded between them.
Site work has started, with delivery expected in 2029.
