Benedetti Hermanos

These ten condominium units were created by joining two buildings that ran through the block. The main structure began as a turn-of-the-century furniture store and later became a textile sweatshop. We preserved those heavy industrial “bones” while introducing loft-style apartments with amenities like a pool and gym.
