Las Clementinas Chambers, Café & Bar was Conservatorio’s second hotel and the lobby café and bar was our first step into the food service industry.
As with Canal House, Las Clementinas housekeeping staff is made up of women from the neighborhood who have been trained by the Calicanto Foundation.
The focus on alignment became another Consevatorio hallmark. A neighborhood like Casco Viejo has such a complex group of stakeholders, that a shared vision for the
future is critical.
